We are very proud of the bespoke freestanding interactive showcase structure we created for Tata Steel at the Tata Royal Society Showcase Event on the 20th March. From concept to installation in less than 8 weeks was only possible with the fantastic project management from Helen Williams at VI360 (www.vi360.com) and Hickman Signs Leigh Townsend and team’s amazing construction skills (www.hickman-signs.co.uk).

The structure was constructed from a mixture of opal and white acrylic, and featured inner and highlight LED lighting. Each face of the 4 sided structure contained a range of interactive features and products linked to the core Tata Steel messages, including iPad case study movies, food packaging samples, coloured steel cladding samples, coins and a race/obstacle track – where attendees were encouraged to navigate radio controlled vehicles around the track – highlighting Tata Steel’s research and development into making vehicles lighter and stronger, and the use of  their steel in vital components such as rechargeable batteries.
